1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all fabric length that is cut to order is considered a customized product and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer laws, which state that goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Products While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The fabric received is defective.

  • The fabric does not match the order (e.g., incorrect color, pattern, or length).

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the fabric has been cut. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If an unauthorized return is made, we will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item will not be eligible for a refund.
